Vision Measuring Systems

Helium Leak Detector

Vision Measuring Systems, is used for quick and accurate 3d measurements of small parts with Video edge detection technique. Edges detection on high-resolution video with a single click making the measurement process fast and operator-independent.

All products are tested for Helium leakage before leaving the factory to ensure that the leakage rate of all bellows and other vacuum component products are no higher than 1.0 x 10^-10 mbar l/s.
